By accessing this site or engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Growth Odos provides coaching and consulting work. Coaching is a partnership for personal and professional growth — it is not therapy, medical advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. Specifics of every engagement are defined in a separate contract.

Discovery calls are free. Programmes are confirmed once you accept the written proposal. 1:1 Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge; later cancellations may be invoiced. Refund policy follows the proposal you signed. Regarding the Workshops the cancellation policy differs depending on the written agreement signed.

What you share in coaching stays between us. We do not disclose the content of sessions to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm.

All site content, the Growth Odos name and logo, programme structures and frameworks are our property or used with permission. You're welcome to apply what you learn in your own life and work; you may not republish or resell our materials without written consent.

We do our best to be useful and accurate, but we cannot guarantee specific business or personal outcomes from our work. To the extent permitted by Greek law, Growth Odos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between us in good faith fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
