Who we are
Growth Odos is a coaching and consulting practice based in Athens, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal information you share through this website or during our coaching sessions. Contact: info@growthodos.com.
What we collect
We only collect what's necessary to respond to you and deliver our services: your name, email and phone number when you fill in the contact form; the content of messages you send us; basic anonymous analytics about how the site is used (page visits, device type) so we can improve it.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiries, schedule discovery calls and deliver coaching or consulting work; to send occasional updates only if you've explicitly opted in; to fulfil legal and accounting obligations (e.g. invoicing). We never sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
Contact form data: 24 months from last interaction. Client records: as long as required by Greek tax and commercial law (typically 5 years). Analytics: 14 months, anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us at info@growthodos.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep the site working and, with your consent, anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising trackers. You can withdraw analytics consent any time from the cookie banner.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your data, please reach out first — we want to make it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
